Chief Investment Analyst
For Mandeville Operations Management Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop policies, procedures as well as standards associated with the supervision and maintenance of the firms product shelf
- Interact with external and related product suppliers
- Train Advisors on the nature of the products with the aim of ensuring they comply with their ‘Know your Product” requirements
- Author news letters and research reports which Advisors may use themselves as well as pass onto clients
- Assist Advisors through client presentations and other business development activates
- Respond to questions from Advisors regarding the product shelf and investment philosophy
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements/developments associated with Client Focus Reform and the IIROC Plain Language Rules.
- Submission to the firms Product Review Committee

Professional Designation:
- CIM or CFA designation
Work Experience:
- 5-7 years experience in an IIROC Dealer in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with key individuals at product manufacturers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulations/product standards.
- Ability to understand benefits of alternative structured products
